StupidJudy71 XPI really want to go see it but too much going on this weekend with soccer and mother’s day! :|
May 12, 2017 at 3:02 pm #26916I’ve only seen one Marvel movies in the theater and that was Captain America Civil War. I wanted to see Doctor Strange and now this, but whenever we see a movie, I have to agree with my anxiety-ridden and pessimistic younger sister. And she don’t wanna see no super hero movies… or rarely even any Disney!
May 13, 2017 at 3:46 pm #27051I saw GotG Vol. 2 last night and it was great! I never read the Guardians comics so I was very engaged with the story, not knowing what would happen. The humor was hilarious, we learned more about some characters, Chris Pratt took his shirt off, all around it was a great movie that I’m glad I saw at the theater! I also enjoyed the three extra scenes throughout the credits.
For parents: I will say I do not think this is a child appropriate movie. I agree with the PG-13 rating. There were a lot of cuss words, one kinda creepy death scene, and frequent sexual innuendo. I didn’t think it went too far in terms of an adult film (I’ve seen far, far worse) but I would not feel comfortable taking kids, especially my 5 year old godson, he is far too young for that.

RIDisneyPinGuy182 XPSomeone called to see if the new POTC will be shown on our cruise, on the last night (premier night)… Nope. GotG2 instead :'(
Going to avoid reading back in this thread to prevent spoilers, just in case it is true.

Maybe they’ll surprise you and don’t want to advertise it just yet?

RIDisneyPinGuy182 XPNo offense to GotG2, but that would be way cooler. Maybe they could bump one of the other selections to accommodate and we could see both

I get what you’re saying, nothing wrong with Guardians, it would just be so cool to see POTC on premiere night, on a Disney Cruise!

…in the Caribbean! Not sure how it could get much cooler than that.

Didn’t even think of that!

WDW_Enthusiast30 XPI thought this movie was very entertaining, just as good as the 1st movie. This one had a lot more funny scenes/lines throughout the movie, especially Drax. A big 2 thumbs up!

Totally agree with “more funnier scenes” in this movie. I giggling now thinking about a few of them.
May 23, 2017 at 7:47 am #28579Finally saw Vol. 2 this past weekend! Oh my gosh what a well done movie! I found many parts quite unpredictable and loved the depth of it and the development of characters. I gotta say Rocket and Drax made me laugh hysterically a couple of times, so much I think I embarrassed my wife

I agree on all counts! I didn’t see anything coming, loved the character development and I’m still laughing at the jokes, especially Rocket and Drax
