Favorites stuck at 276/infinity

Noticed this morning that on my dashboard, when I add a favorite, the number of favorites never changes from 276/Infinity (at least not with a reload or two).
Safari, Old Mac Pro (OS X El Capitan 10.11.6)
EDIT: Ok…when I went back after posting this, it mysteriously increased to 277

Update: Won’t give me the option of editing the above.
Just added 7 or 8 tracks and it is still stuck at 277.
