yeah i’m really surprised how fast this event is happening. i also don’t plan on spending money on this one, not much of a stitch person

I don’t have time to keep up with the regular storyline in between these events. I just finally finished the Zootopia quest line, and started collecting things to welcome Mowgli.

So about 20 days ago I stayed home sick. I didn’t want to move so I couldn’t even get to the tv remote. I was tired of Facebook and Buzzfeed and needed something to do. So I found this game. I am hooked! And I’m not normally a games person, I get bored easily. But I find myself checking on my kingdom constantly. Which I’m hoping my boss isn’t going to go crazy over!
I’m on level 21, just defeated Pete and am working on growing my kingdom. Since I’m so new to the game I’m not really focusing on the Lilo & Stitch event. I’ve welcomed Nani and Cobra but I’m just letting them do their thing. I’m working on getting magic and getting the Toy Story Characters so I can move forward in the game. I did end up spending $5 to get Pluto…
But I’m hoping not to put any more money into it.

I’m annoyed though that everything good costs diamonds. I have been playing for days and even paid for some diamonds when I bought Pluto, and it’s like you never have enough to do anything. How do people get diamonds? I’m sure it’s a ploy to get people to use real money to buy diamonds to get more. That’s my one complaint. Out of all of the attractions, only two are using magic and the rest are diamonds. Stupid…

But otherwise I’m having fun with it. I love the music and that when you zoom in you can hear the characters interacting. And attention to detail! The kids get on a ride and ride it! They don’t just disappear on it and reappear later. You can actually watch them ride it. That’s really cool too.

@Sarahjoe37 The diamonds do accumulate over time. Watch your two videos every day, and you get them every time you level up a character, or complete a character collection. It does take a while for them to build up, but the more characters you have, the more you can level up and get more gems.

@sarahjoe37 The trophies? Like the ones you need to be collecting for the event right now? They are just a drop from certain activities characters can do, and certain buildings will drop them. It’s just a leaderboard contest. You just collect as many as you can, and after a few days (usually a week, sometimes less) the contest is over, and where you fall on the leaderboard determines your prize.

Yes, thank you. I wasn’t sure what was going on with them and where they were collecting at. I am sure I won’t be winning anything amazing with those at this point! =) I did just open up Space Ship Earth though. That’s cool. But haven’t defeated Zurg yet. I am also no where near getting Angel or Stitch. I’m just playing it along. It’s a good time waster. =) I like to zoom in and listen to the characters. That’s really neat that way.

I think we need to get the music that plays when you are hovering over the space ship/stitch. That would be fun music to add here.

Anyone else sooooo excited for the Little Mermaid quest!! I hate to admit it, but I already spent actual real money on this darn game for the first time. I bought Aric and the float. I know… I’m so embarrassed to say it out loud, but I just HAVE to have these characters!

I am loving this event. It’s a little harder for me to work on than the last one, because I’m back at work now that the school year has started, but this is a fun event! I like that they’ve started letting you work on collecting the items for the final character as you go along now. That used to be the hardest part, was having enough time to collect everything before the event ended.

does anyone still play this? i’m addicted. in august i’ll have been playing for two years now! i’ve only missed 5 days of playing in those 2 years

i really like this tower challenge. my first event was the lion king, and i only welcomed pumba because it was when i had literally just started. i’ve bought a few lion king chests over the years and i’ve only been able to get nala, rafiki, and zazu, so being able to buy timon with tower currency was a nice plus! i spent some gems on Ed, and i welcomed bonzai, but it’s not looking too pretty for me getting shenzi…

My husband and I both still play. My sister just got started again. I like the tower challenges because you can still work on other things at the same time. It seems like when it’s the other events, everything else is at a standstill. You can’t keep leveling other guys, because the ones you welcome in the event need to be leveled often, in order to make progress.

that’s why i like them too! i feel like i got so much accomplished this event, between welcoming two of the hyenas, and getting lots of the non-story characters to max level. i just started welcoming dewey this morning too

i wonder what the next event will be? i’m hoping for hunchback but we’ll see
