I actually didn’t read the update notes – I guess I should have.

I did think it was odd that Jack Skellington (that is his name, right?) is pictured prominently on the app icon but hasn’t been introduced in the game yet so, that had me thinking that additional events might be coming.

With just under two weeks until Halloween, I’d guess the next event would have to start pretty darn soon!

As you progress thru the game and start getting higher scores, the game provides more “competition”. I always wondered if those “players” were real or just made up scores.

My leaderboard is now made up entirely of FB friends – mostly from here at d-cot.

I know that young people aren’t doing FB anymore but, I might suggest that you create a dummy account (even if you don’t add any friends or include any personal information) just to back up your game progress. When my game froze up a while back, tech support claimed to be looking into it but never offered me a solution and the update that came out during that time didn’t fix the problem. What I ended up doing was deleting the game off my phone, re-installing and then, because I had connected it to FB, I was able to get all my progress back.

Oh, good. I’m glad you’ve got your game backed up. And, I’m glad your mom is hyper-vigilant about FB. This mom is too.

Yeah. The diamond box was good to me this time but I don’t much care for this set up… I prefer the ones where you can earn the villain by completing the event just in case the diamond box isn’t cooperative.
