That’s so frustrating! In another game my sister and I play, she didn’t get the update in time for an event to start, but anyone who used the Android store didn’t get it in time, so the game developers extended the event by a couple days. People who used the App Store for Apple, got the update on time.
Definitely frustrating. My OCD is all twitchy from missing out on special emojis after collecting for a whole year.
I play. My problem is, I was playing it while I was feeding my infant, so I was well ahead in levels. Sometimes, I have to wait for them to update with new levels or a new special (like the ink). I spent gems to get retro Minnie and, at the end, got Steamboat Mickey. I was happy with that.
I’m kind of excited because the new collectibles I’m on is Pirates of the Caribbean.
Let me tell you how upset I was that I didn’t spend the gems for Triton, though. I thought he’d be available for gold eventually like all the others. The one freaking time I didn’t spend my gems….. :p

I didn’t even know there was a Little Mermaid event. I only started playing right before Cars event
I completed the event a couple days ago because I spent gems on Oswlad
i got oswald too!
So, funny story, somehow mine and my wife’s accounts are linked. To the point where she saved and played and got a diamond emoji, ursula, and oswald the other day. My account synced with hers and I now have all the same emojis.
I think it should be possible to fight Maleficent with Maleficent. Kind of like how in Disney Infinity you could fight Syndrome with Syndrome or Davy Jones with Davy Jones.

I like the new event, but what I don’t like is that it’s one of the item bingo ones. I struggled with Inside Out, but I am short 80 diamonds for this one and I really want one of the new ones. :| :hmmph:
Eh I’m okay with the bingo, the defeat ones I do not like!
On a side note: is anyone else having problems with the emoji keyboard showing their emoji icons on the an android device? I noticed that after the recent software update on my Galaxy Note they no longer show up, I can see a select few like Mickey expressions, gloves, hearts, and etc but the other character or other collections i’ve completed are not there.
How am I suppose to send hubs text messages about the mouse to make him cave for a trip?
