December Epot Dining Reservations

Anyone else here heading to the World in December and started making dinner reservations yet? We made ours yesterday but could not make a reservation to Rose & Crown for dinner which I find odd. I understand with Candlelight Processional coming up that reservations may not open up in earnest until around July 3rd but we had no problem making reservations for Via Napoli, Chefs de France & San Angel Inn. Anyone else running into this with any of the table service restaurants at Epcot?
