Hi pals! Just returned from a week at WDW, we had a great time! Here is a little trip report.

Our flight on WestJet left YUL (Montreal, QC) at 1pm and we landed at MCO ahead of schedule, yay! Our friends Megan and Riley were waiting for us where you get off the people mover, got our luggage and we were off to Epcot. Picked up our tickets at the booth and made it within our FP window for Spaceship Earth. After that we headed towards Mission:Space for our second FP, I did the mild side (green) and all the boys did the orange. Honestly I was not impressed with the new version, to me it felt like Soarin’ from space, or Sporin’ if you will :P I preferred the Mars mission a lot better. The orange side has the old movie with some updated parts from what I understood. The boys enjoyed their ride.

After that we headed to Mexico for some dinner at La Cantina de San Angel, I always enjoy the food there but can never find seating! I wish they would add extra seating, we found a bench in front of the Mexico pavilion and we enjoyed our tacos, we ordered three different kinds and shared them so we could sample them all, we got the Tacos de Pollo, Tacos de Pescado and the Tacos de Barbacoa, they were all delicious but the boys said one of them was really spicy, I didn’t get any spice on mine, so it could have been the sauce. The tacos are served with rice and beans and we cleaned all of our plates. Checked out Gran Fiesta tour and took photos of the neat exhibits of Dia de Muertos they had inside the pavilion.

We had one more FP for the night, Test Track! The boys really love this one, they designed crazy cars and we were off to test them. By the time we got out of there the park was closed so we made our way out and to sleep at our friends house in Mount Dora (about 30 min away) for the night.

I will see if I can upload some photos here, stay tuned! Day 2 – rope drop at Animal Kingdom and checking into Coronado Springs!

I agree on the seating for La Cantina. Too little space for such a popular place.

Sounds like an eventful evening with some really good attractions! :se: :horizons: :ws: :wom:

I’m glad you made it in time to use all of your fast passes. Also glad you rode the Mexican boat ride. I think it is a fun little relaxing ride. Surprised more people don’t ride it.

@ferg I love the Mexican pavillion and the Gran Fiesta Tour is a must do for us!

I was very happy to have no delays flying out and to be able to visit Epcot Friday night! Since I had bought the park tickets before booking our trip, we would have wasted one day of tickets, it was a short visit but still awesome!
