    I have decided I seriously need to work on my upper body strength with my PT test fast approaching :( my goal for August is to do sit ups and push ups daily, as well as try to stick to my calorie goal – that part has been my goal since like May or June but I’m still failing and not losing any weight. Let’s hope I can turn it around this time!

    while I really try my best to behave, i have decided Haagen Dazs ice cream is my enemy LOL I calls my name nightly!! (I need ShopRite to stop giving me so many coupons for it LOL) I do a good job with my steps on nights I help at the restaurant, and am hoping it gets cooler soon so i can start walking at lunch time. I was surprised, I hostessed on Friday night and still got close to 12000 steps in. Then Saturday was about 15000 while running food. wondered why I was more tired on Saturday and remember that at least a third of those 15000 steps was actual stairs!! but i do like how much my legs and “bottom Half” have tightened up. Now to get the belly to follow!!

    @breesmommy5 I’ve been go go go for so long I’m just exhausted. But it’s time to stop the excuses! I PT test in 2 months :surprised:

    I love summer but I think it’s worse than the winter for my bad eating habits! I love sno cones, pina coladas, anything Key Lime…

    I’m not doing great but I’m doing something LOL

    Today’s gym workout:

    -80 jumping jacks
    -60 high knees
    -40 mountain climbers
    -40 squats
    -45 sit ups
    -30 push ups
    -60 second wall sit
    -40 squat thrusts
    -40 leg lifts
    -60 second glute bridge
    -60 second side plank on each side
    -18 bear scratchers
    -24 bicep curls

    Thank you! I was pleased with myself :) it’s not that I don’t like working out, it’s that I hate going to the gym and being the only female all the time. The guys stare at me like I just walked in their locker room and I hate it. Maybe because some of them are embarrassed that I see them sitting there on their phones or standing there watching the TV screens instead of actually working out :smirk: I say I’m not doing great because 1) that’s not running and 2) I’m still not in a routine with everything going on. I should be able to get that re-established after this next week.
