It’s so pretty weather wise here today I got to the track and pushe myself as much as I could, I wish I had the stamina to jog a full lap, but I can only jog a half a lap and walk the rest. So I did what I could and walked most of it but it feels really good to get out and do it !! :)

Great job @breesmommy5! Be prepared to slow down for me November 2020! ;)
    Weather totally bites it @jamiedawn27!
After a week of 25-30+k steps a day at WDW, it’s a struggle to hit 10k today. :(

It’s funny @nascfan, today it’s raining here at home and all I can do is think about the 5k LOL
It was so much fun still even if we were soaked to the bone :P

@breesmommy5 Running races for me is an addiction! I used to hate running and I signed up for a 5k for the first time in 2016 only because some friends asked me to and it was a fundraiser for an organization I cared about. Some of my friends that run regularly and have done a bunch of races told me I’d get hooked. I hated training for it and the 5k went pretty well but I got smoked by small children and an 80 year old lady LOL I thought “Yeah right! I’m one and done!” But, they were right. After that I wanted to keep training and keep racing so I could keep doing better and better! Looks like you caught the running bug too ;)

@starbee I have !! I have to stop and tell myself I need to rest because I would run every day if I could and my body would break down LOL You’re doing great and I can’t wait to hear all about Dopey when you finish it !!

@breesmommy5 Some people I know do run every day, but I don’t know how, I’m not one of those people! Once I tried running 5 days in a week and on the fifth day I experienced pain that didn’t stop. It was shin splints and I was sidelined for a month :(

Oh no !! That stinks @starbee :( I just get exhausted and can barely move, my friend just signed me up for a 3 mile obstacle course and I told her I cannot do that stuff but she signed me up anyway ugh !
