Accepting the policies

I don’t know if this has been brought up or not but, in the comment sections or the replies on the quizzes and articles, is there any way we could not have to hit the button every single time to agree to the terms? I for one forget every single time and get sent to an error page and have to go back, hit the button then submit. Maybe just once, not every single quiz or reply? Or at best just have it light up red when you try to submit instead of sending you to an error page and making you go back? Just a suggestion to make it a little less aggravating. Thanks!
