@eeyorepoohfan Those are some good distances and times for getting back into it! I hear ya on the setbacks, but you still have time 8 miles is pretty good prep for a half, especially when it’s not your first rodeo! But I’m the same way, I want greater peace of mind. My furthest distance before my first half was 11 miles and I hit the wall about mile 10 during the race. I know you have the motivation and will power to get more training done!
