Last night we did another dark paced workout on the home track. Knee still doing really well!!! I didn’t even use tape for this one (but I will for our next planned distance run). We ran 2.36 miles in 30 minutes for a pace of 12’43″/mile.
13 paced workouts, 7 distance runs, and 3 walks to go until weather permitting of course!
