I remember during a trip to Walt Disney World in 1990, our family took the “Behind The Seeds Tour” at EPCOT’s Land pavilion. At that time, my niece and 2 nephews were 8, 6 and 4. Of course they all had their autograph books with them. When they all asked for an autograph from our tour guide, the young lady cast member must have turned seven different shades of red! She was so embarrassed that anyone would want her autograph that before signing each book she wrote a sweet little message to each of them. All in all, those three kids were as thrilled to get her autograph as the cast member was to give it. Wow! As much as resort guests pay for rooms, meals, park tickets, etc. and that’s still not enough. Unfortunately, I knew it wouldn’t be long before Disney hotels copied the Las Vegas hotels in charging for parking.I’m glad I always fly in and take the Disney Magical Express. (When will Disney start charging for that?) :
I received a Birnbaum book on Disneyland, Mickey Mouse lounge pants and a Mickey Mouse tee shirt.
