Topic: September pushup challenge
Here we go folks! Thanks to a wonderful suggestion by @10dedfish we’ve decided to do a September pushup challenge! We will start with 30 per day for the first 10 days, 50 per day for the next 10, and finally rounding out the month with 70 per day for the final 10! These can be broken up into sets if you need, especially the later ones. Post your success, or stumbles, in here each day and we will cheer you or help pick you up if you miss a day. Let’s all help each other get in a little better shape and maybe build a little muscle!
