Walt Disney World Announces 2018 Epcot International Festival of the Holidays & Candlelight Processional

Well, it is almost summer. Here in Phoenix, we already have had numerous 100+ days and it is only May. What better topic then Christmas! Maybe talking about it will cool us down.

The Disney Parks Blog announced the 2018 Epcot International Festival of the Holidays and the Candlelight Processional will be offered on November 18th through December 30th.

Each pavilion will have something different and there will be fun and story telling for all.

Illuminations will be revamped to coincide with the holiday theme. The candlelight procession is a tradition that dates back to DLR in the beginning of the park days. Each year a celebrity tells the Christmas Story.

Holiday time at the parks is a special event for the whole family. Be picky about your weeks that you book to avoid as best you can high traffic times. The eye candy and well, just the candy itself is amazing during this time of year. Disney embraces the holiday time of year and goes all out with food, decor and entertainment.

  3. I always enjoy Candlelight at Epcot, I saw Pat Sajak and he nailed it right on the money narrating for the first time.
