I just think that there’s something so special about a Star Wars film and less is more.

Bob Iger

Bob Iger expressed in interviews that he was to blame for all of the ‘Star Wars’ films rapid schedules. Therefore, he says we should expect to see a ‘slowdown’ of Disney-released ‘Star Wars’ films.

Do you feel the same way?

  1. Bob Iger admitting he made a mistake :surprised: :surprised: :surprised: is the world ending?

I agree that less is more in order to keep Star Wars special

  2. Yes! Absolutely! And leave some backstories untold to keep that mystery alive. Some things are better left unknown. I won’t watch Solo for that very reason. He needs to be a space pirate who just happened to be in the Cantina that day that Luke and Obi Wan went in looking for transport.

  3. Agreed. Lucas released 4-6 three years apart from each other and then we waited. Sixteen. Years. Until 1-3 came out, again each one 3 years apart from the next. Just because you can release a movie per year in a saga, doesn’t mean you should. @nascfan I agree with your stance on Solo. I did watch it, but mostly because I wasn’t watching it for Solo: A Star Wars Story, but for Millennium Falcon: A Star Wars Story ;) That said, I LOVED Rogue One. I thought that was very well done and it wasn’t really an origin story, but a gap-fill story.

  4. I mean, yes……but I also love getting them so quickly. I’m going to be sad when it’s over. :bb8:
