A Royal Makeover for Walt Disney World’s Cinderella Castle
Jason Kirk, Vice President, Magic Kingdom Park shared some magical news with us Disney fans today. The Cinderella Castle is getting a royal makeover starting in the coming weeks and will continue to receive this treatment through the summer.
Don’t worry, you will still be able to enjoy “Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire” and “Happily Ever After.” The gold trimmings and the blue really looks fantastic. Although this is an artist concept only, it looks like there is some pink on the front of the castle. Do you think they’ll replace the bricks too? 😉

Is it just me, or does it look like they took two different castles – one pink and one gray – broke each one in half, and stuck two halves from each one together?

People complained about Sleeping Beauty Castle when it got its makeover and it looks great. Just wait, I’m sure it will be beautiful.

I look forward to it. I think it will have a nice color pop at the end of Main Street. And it’s not that godawful pepto pink cake!
