[NEW MUSIC] Disney California Adventure – Performance Corridor – Golden Vine Winery ~ Area Loop

We have two new tracks for you today!

Disney California Adventure – Performance Corridor – Golden Vine Winery ~ Area Loop

Rows of grapevines line the lower slopes of Grizzly Peak in the Golden Vine Winery area. A walkway winds its way under the grape arbor past the beautifully landscaped vineyard and up into the courtyard. The winery buildings in this picturesque area appear to be built of stone, just like those in California’s Napa Valley. Do some wine-tasting, visit the Preview Center to look at future plans for the park, do some wine-tasting, or just sit and enjoy the ambience.

Golden Vine Winery is currently home to the Sonoma Terrace Beer Garden, Wine Country Trattoria, Mendocino Terrace Wine Tasting and Magic Key Terrace. At park opening, it could be heard in and around The Golden Vine Terrace and Wine Country Market.

Disney California Adventure – Performance Corridor – Golden Vine Winery: The Vineyard Room ~ Area Loop

Seasons of the Vine was one of the original attractions when Disney’s California Adventure opened in February 2001.

The musical score for Seasons of the Vine was by Emmy Award-winning TV and film composer Bruce Broughton. The narrator was Academy Award-winning actor Jeremy Irons. But Seasons of the Vine was just a film. It lacked any “gimmick” that might have made it into a real theme park attraction. (And, no, the barn doors in front of the screen don’t count.) It was a nice, well-made educational film. And nothing more.

Seasons of the Vine was part of the Golden Vine Winery, presented by Robert Mondavi. The winery also included an actual vineyard, the Vineyard Room fine dining restaurant, several wine tasting bars, the gourmet Wine Country Market delicatessen and wine shop, and the outdoor Golden Vine Terrace where you could enjoy your Wine Country Market purchases.

This loop played in ‘The Vineyard Room’ restaurant and the bathrooms of the Golden Vine Winery. It originated with the park opening and was last heard to be playing in the Alfresco Lounge, upstairs and downstairs restrooms in June 2012.
