On November 13, 1940, the animated film, Fantasia debuted and marked Mickey Mouse's first appearance in a feature film, and perhaps his most famous role. In Disney's Fantasia, Mickey Mouse took on the role of the Sorcerer's Apprentice. In the film, Mickey's the little guy in all of us who dream that some day he too can make it big. Throughout the film, Mickey realizes that there is not shortcut to greatness and that the only way to get to the top is to slosh your way up, one bucket at a time.
