pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I mean, Disney DEFINITELY doesn't discriminate against anybody, considering that nowadays they hire just about anybody. Everyone that applies, is given specific guidelines that state "The Disney Look". If you can't adhere to the disney look, then don't work them. Simple as that! What is this world coming to?
