Nice idea. Just wondering though, does this mean there will be no more news on the homepage?

Do many of you check the news? If this is something majority would like to keep, I will definitely find a way to keep this.

@Croaker: It's ok buddy. Real life always takes front seat.

I don't really care about the news, so I wouldn't miss it.
Is it going to be using something like vBulletin ('cause I can't stand that)? A little more details about the design/format of things would be great (if you've even planned it out this far).

As for the forums, I think the way it will be built is to use bbpress. Design and format has not been touched yet.

I waved at you guys as we flew over NJ. And for the record! NY food sucks. ok not truly fair, but all of the tourist areas have given way to cheap quick money making food. it is aweful. so if you go to NYC. go off the beaten path for some good food. NJ...not a problem all of it is off the beaten path. I'll share some of our trip photos soon!

Nothing more at the moment. Just picture a D-CoT version of Facebook.

I am new to your site, but I have a suggestion. Would it be possible to set up the new site with a link that lets you play the jukebox through iTunes? This would be very convenient as I always have iTunes open. I found another Disney music site with this feature and it is very easy to start the jukebox by just selecting the item in my library and clicking on "Play."

Thanks for all of your hard work on your site and for providing such great Disney music.

Hi lcgilbert and welcome to D-CoT. Your suggestion is fantastic. I know of a few sites like that too but what they do is stream their music to servers which can be played right into iTunes (or any media player). The whole advantage of the D-CoT jukebox is being able to listen to any song, whenever you want. And, unfortunately there is no way for me to be able to have it be played inside iTunes.

I could look into an option of a "pop out" window so you can minimize it and float it around your desktop.

That sounds like a neat idea Steve... it would be nice to have a little jukebox in the corner of my screen while I'm working on homework...
