This past weekend, Disney dogs managed to stay in the #1 spot over two usually big named box office stars. "Body of Lies" failed to take the top spot. The $70 million film took 3rd place. The low-budget horror "Quarantine" was in 2nd, and "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" took first.
It looks like people are in the mood for some canine love which is a good sign for the upcoming movie "Bolt!" which launched its official website. Check out the cool website here. Look for "Bolt!" in theatres November 21st.

Johnny Depp is an amazing actor and probably one of the best. When it comes to directing such an exhilarating performer, who better than Tim Burton? Some rumors have been leaked from an unknown tipster over at CinemaBlend.
Below is quoted directly from CinemaBlend.
Most excitingly, there are talks of Captain Jack having a brother in the next movie, possibly to be played by Sacha Baron Cohen or Russell Brand. Of course, that's probably just fantasy casting, but why would either of those comedians turn the role down? As we've mentioned before, the new movie might kick off a trilogy, which would revolve around Captain Jack's search for the Fountain of Youth.
Geoffrey Rush and director Gore Verbinski are apparently both planning to return, but... and this is a big maybe... Tim Burton might direct instead. Tim Burton! If there is a single director who could make people excited for a fourth Pirates movie, it has to be Burton. He's done so many amazing movies with Depp already, and might have the ability to make the new franchise as fresh and exciting as it was when the first movie came out. After all, Tim Burton is already making a movie for Disney, and if Alice in Wonderland is going well, you can see how they'd want to hang on to him.

Calling all fairies, calling all fairies. Disney has just opened their game Pixie Hollow. This MMORPG is based on the Disney Fairies properties.
If you previously created a fairy on the site, you can now log in and play that fairy or you can create a new one. Since it's still in beta, most of the game is not available yet. Due to the nature of fairies (flying around everywhere), it has been pointed out that interaction between other players tends to be difficult.
If you try it out, post your reviews here.

This past weekend marked the closing of Pleasure Island, and my particular favorite attraction, The Adventurers Club. As much as I'm against this move by Disney, I understand the reason for adding more dining. Disney dining is a popular thing to do when vacationing with the mouse.
If you're as big of an Adventurers Club fan as I am, I encourage you to read the tribute by one of the opening year cast members who then worked the show for another 17 years, Kris Truelsen.
Here are some cool facts:
- Tim Goodwin invented the word “Kungaloosh.” Talk about leaving a legacy.
- Three original cast members invented the Club salute.
- Phil Card invented the New Member Ceremony.
- There is no apostrophe in "Adventurers Club."
- Colonel Critchlow Suchbench’s name is misspelled on the brass plaque in the Main Salon listing
members.
Read the tribute here.
