 Departing from the Tomorrowland theme present in all other Magic Kingdom style parks, Discoveryland takes the vision of the future back to the past. Based on the works of such visionaries as Jules Verne, Discoveryland has a more classic feel.
The overall theme may be different, but the classics are still there. You can still take a spin on the Orbitron, or have a ride around in your own Autopia car, but Discoveryland has some very unique features compared to the Tomorrowlands in other parks. Space Mountain, for instance, is a completely different style of ride to the other resorts, including a launch start and multiple inversions.
Other unique attractions in Discoveryland include Les Mystères du Nautilus, where you can take a walk through Captain Nemo's submarine. Discoveryland is also home to the Videopolis Theatre, where you can see the highly popular Ledgend of the Lion King show.
